『TLIN1029-Q1』

LIN transceiver "TLIN1029-Q1" equipped with dominant state timeout function.

Compliant with AEC-Q100 and ISO/DIS 17987-4.2 standards. This is a physical layer transceiver for LIN (Local Interconnect Network) that complies with LIN 2.0, LIN 2.1, LIN 2.2, and LIN 2.2A. It has built-in wake-up and protection features and supports 12V applications. It accommodates a wide operating voltage and includes additional bus fault protection features. The LIN receiver supports data rates of up to 100kbps for in-line programming. It converts the LIN protocol data stream from the TXD input into LIN bus signals using a current-limited waveform shaping driver, reducing electromagnetic emissions (EM). The receiver converts the data stream into logic level signals and transmits them to the microprocessor via the open-drain RXD pin. It allows for wake-up from sleep mode via the LIN bus or pins, enabling very low current consumption. It has built-in resistors, ESD, and fault protection features, allowing for a reduction in board size.
